● Manage a buying portfolio of 2-3million annually with category sales in excess of 5million.
● Source, design and purchase home décor and giftware products for B2B, B2C, E-com sales channels.
● Responsible for the full product life-cycle including market research, identifying market opportunities, product development, portfolio strategies and management, product launches, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
● Develop buying strategies and design direction for Home Décor & Giftware portfolio that includes home accessories, home fragrance, indoor gardening, wall decor, pillows, throws, vases, baskets, storage and general gift items (assortment planning, vendor sourcing, markdown, sales forecasting, inventory management and promotion planning)
● Work with major retailers on OEM/private-label products and programs

● Implement brand design direction and product packaging guidelines, and liaise with design, translation & photography team on execution of all product materials.
